I dropped off my Passat TDI at North Park Volkswagen of Dominion located at I10 San Antonio, TX. My experience was the worst servicer I have ever encountered at a dealership.

I requested for a wheel alignment and check brakes. Dropped off the car at 930 AM explained to the person I left the care with I will need the car by 200 PM to go to work. The attendant stated no problem. I even received an text message letting me know the status of the service at 1100 which stated my car was being work on.

I arrived at 130 and was told by the service advisor that the car was not ready and they will start on it as soon as possible. What kind of customer service are you providing if any. I should have received this status at 1100 but was never notified. This behavior is unacceptable.

I will never return back to North Park Volkswagen If I have to go to the dealership I will go to Ancira Volkswagen on Bandera in San Antonio their Customer Service is Outstanding. The behavior of North Park reflects the deamenor of the company has a whole on what you think of your Customers......

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: North Park needs a change of attitude toward their Customers, You lost respect and money on this Service. I made an appointment with dealer alternative..
